Customer terms

Terms of Service.

These terms explain the rules for using Soho Frame, purchasing credits, and creating with third-party AI models.

Effective September 1, 2026

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Soho Frame, you agree to these Terms, our Content Policy, and the policies linked below.

1. Who may use Soho Frame

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use Soho Frame for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or workspace and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The service and beta features

Soho Frame is a creative workspace that routes image, video, and audio requests to supported generation providers. Models, features, limits, and availability may change, including while a feature is in beta.

Generated media can be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular use. You must review every output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it. We do not promise that an output will be copyrightable, cleared for commercial use, or free from third-party rights.

3. Credits, prices, subscriptions, and payment

  • Soho Credits are limited service units used to submit eligible jobs. They are not currency, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred outside an authorized workspace.
  • The exact credit charge shown for a configuration applies when you approve that job. Model prices and available configurations may change for future jobs.
  • Stripe processes card payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • A paid subscription renews at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals and normally does not prorate the current paid period.
  • Taxes may be added where required. Failed jobs, unused purchases, duplicate charges, and other payment issues are handled under our Refund and Credit Policy.

See the current plans and top-ups on the Pricing page and the complete Refund and Credit Policy.

4. Your inputs and generated outputs

You keep your rights in prompts, uploads, references, notes, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that material.

You grant Soho Frame a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and enforce the service. That includes sending the necessary content and settings to selected model providers and infrastructure vendors.

As between you and Soho Frame, you retain any rights you have in generated outputs and receive any rights Soho Frame may have in them, to the extent permitted by law. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for others, and provider terms or applicable law may limit your rights. You are responsible for releases, licenses, and approvals required for your intended use.

5. Acceptable use and moderation

You may not use Soho Frame for prohibited sexual content, exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful activity, deceptive impersonation, rights violations, or other content listed in our Content and Acceptable Use Policy.

Soho Frame and its providers may screen, reject, or remove requests and outputs. We may restrict model access or suspend or terminate accounts to protect people, providers, and the service. Attempts to evade safeguards are a material violation of these Terms.

6. Third-party services

Identity, payment, storage, hosting, and AI generation are provided in part by third parties. Their services and terms may affect availability, content handling, usage rights, or limits. Soho Frame is not responsible for third-party outages, model behavior, or changes outside our control.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Soho Frame at any time and may cancel a subscription through the account billing controls. We may limit or end access for a policy violation, payment failure, security risk, legal requirement, provider restriction, or conduct that could harm users or the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, licenses needed to complete or preserve existing records, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soho Frame is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular creative result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soho Frame will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Soho Frame during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. We will post the updated effective date here. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice when required by law.
